These terms explain the scope of Bleavit Foresight, your responsibilities when using it, and how submitted content may be handled.

Service purpose

Bleavit Foresight helps prepare forecast specifications: clear questions, definitions, resolution sources, criteria, and supporting context. Those specifications may be used for independent research, to guide probability forecasting by a person or AI, or to prepare proposals for third-party forecasting and event-contract platforms. Some external event contracts may involve real money. Foresight does not itself generate or guarantee probability estimates, operate a market, accept wagers, list or settle contracts, or execute trades.

External platforms and regulated activity

Foresight is independent of Polymarket, Kalshi, Metaculus, and other third-party platforms. It does not submit proposals to them or decide whether they will accept or list a contract. Platform terms and the law applicable to you may restrict particular event contracts or their use. You are responsible for checking those rules before submitting, publishing, or relying on a proposal. Foresight is not legal, financial, investment, gambling, or regulatory advice.

Review generated material

You are responsible for reviewing the information submitted to and returned by the service before relying on or sharing a forecast specification. Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular platform or purpose. No platform approval, contract listing, event outcome, or forecast accuracy is guaranteed.

Acceptable use

Submit only information you are authorized to share. Do not submit secrets, access credentials, or sensitive personal information; use the service unlawfully; attempt to access other records or systems without permission; or interfere with the service or its security.

Your content

You retain your rights in the content you submit. You authorize us to receive, store, validate, render, and return it only as needed to provide and secure the service. We do not use submitted content for advertising, analytics, profiling, or model training, and do not publish it.

Availability and liability

Foresight is currently offered without a fee. The service may change or be unavailable from time to time. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where applicable law does not allow that exclusion or limitation.

Governing law

These terms are governed by German law. If you are a consumer, choosing German law does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections that would otherwise apply to your contract.
